‘Grab your smartphone or tablet and take a fun, original, creative photo while you enjoy your summer holiday…’ urges the organiser, Servigroup Hotels, which makes no mention of the growing band of selfie-suitable cameras now available.
Last year, Servigroup Hotels’ photo competition pulled in 1,200 images from 61 countries.
On this year’s contest, the group adds: ‘More than ever, the main character is you, although you can also be accompanied by friends and family.
‘Any scenario is ideal to show your funny side: on the beach, in the hotel, by the pool or drinking a mojito at the bar – you choose.’
The best selfies will win prizes including a three-night hotel break.
Entries must be submitted via social network Instagram.
