Rollei has unwrapped an eight-million-pixel digital compact camera that sports a 3x zoom and a 2.4in screen.
Due out in mid?January priced £199.99, the lens on board the Rollei DA8324?s delivers the 35mm viewing angle equivalent of a 36-105mm lens.
Other features include a 30-frames-per-second video mode, voice recording and a macro mode claimed to enable focusing down to 5cm.
It also boasts a top shutter speed of 1/2000sec and exposure compensation of ±2EV in 1/3EV steps.
The kit will include a battery charger as part of a special promotion.
