Photographers to shoot ‘Alice in Wonderland’

March 23, 2010

Photographers are set to create their own version of Alice in Wonderland as a photo montage ?storyboard?, at an event taking place in London on Sunday.

The event, organised by Shoot Experience, challenges participants to ?construct photos? that represent their own take on Alice in Wonderland, a movie version of which is currently showing at UK cinemas.

A spokesman said: ?All the photos are then compiled to create a unique photographic storyboard, revealed in full on the big screen. Prizes are awarded for the best and most creative photos.

?No photography experience is necessary – expect talking tattoos, carnival queens, Portobello mushrooms and lots of fun.?

The best photos will form part of an exhibition to be held at a London gallery, details of which are yet to be confirmed.

Tickets for the Notting Hill event cost £15 and must be bought in advance.

Prizes will include Olympus cameras.
