Hugh Grant is expected to return to a police station in June following an extension to bail regarding his arrest for alleged assault on a photographer on 24 April.
Hugh Grant was arrested last month in connection with an incident involving paparazzi photographer Ian Whittaker in central London, SW10.
During the incident the actor was reported to have lashed out with a container of baked beans.
Hugh Grant was originally bailed to return on a date in May.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman confirmed to Amateur Photographer magazine this morning: ?Bail has been extended to a date in June.?
However, the police spokesman declined to give a date in June for which bail had now been set.
At the time of writing Grant?s lawyers, Schillings, had yet to comment.
