D-Link releases 180° panoramic HD camera

July 18, 2016

The DCS-8200LH Panoramic HD Camera allows users to remotely access full colour footage of what’s happening in their home. Its night vision works for up to 5 metres in complete darkness, providing a 180° field of view of a room or office environment.

The device can be controlled by a smartphone or tablet via D-Link’s Home App to allow high-definition 720P clarity footage to be viewed from anywhere in the world. It can also be set up to alert users when unusual activity is detected and used as part of the midland Home range, to trigger other devices in the ecosystem, such as alarms or lights.
