The title of this weeks chosen Photo of the week may not have the ring of ‘Girl with a Pearl Earring’ or ‘Young Woman with a Water Pitcher’ but the influence of Johannes Vermeer is clear in ‘The Old Cobbler’ by Draig. The composition and lighting as well as the restrained use of HDR all add to the feel of an ‘Old Master’. Well done Draig
