    Shattered Sword, by Jonathan Parshall and Anthony Tully. The authors present the battle of Midway, mainly from the Japanese point of view, using Japanese sources.

    A (cheap, used but in very good condition) copy of English Parish Churches and Chapels.

    Came across it in a thread on another forum. Quite a good read - deals with the various periods and illustrates them with details of specific examples. Well illustrated too; well, the author is an FRPS. :cool:

    There are some good histories of the SAS out there - and some of the stuff is mind boggling. 'Here is your camp (an empty bit of desert) , now bugger off and steal everything so you actually have a camp...….':confused:
