I certainly wouldn't. I would be surprised if it met EU standards. Any standards would be a bonus.

Edit. In fact I have been in many Tuk Tuks so I have put my family in such things. Fun though.

The US didn't specifically ban Kinder Eggs. The sale and import of confectionery which conceals a non-food item is illegal, and has been since 1938. I doubt you'd find a shop selling a gun to a child either.

Depends on "your" definition of a child, I never stated an age did I and where did "I" say "child" ???

It would go faster tossing it off a cliff.

A small child can run faster than it!

It's no more ridiculous than a G-wiz. I'd buy one to drive to the pub.

The golf buggy version looks OK. How about a 4x4 beech buggy? Anyone remember the petrol driven mini moke with an engine at both ends. I never had one. Most people didn't. If any of that variant still exist then they would be worth a bomb.

I prefer the Renault Twizy (but it hasn’t got door windows?)

    A small exaggeration.
With suitable protection for pedestrians and a big spike on the steering wheel could be quite good in central London.

About 4 minutes and 30 seconds in a small child beats it in a race.

    But that was uphill.
Motorists caught speeding in proper cars could be sentenced to driving a thousand miles in one of these things before being allowed to drive a proper car again.

A small child can run steadily at c20mph? Even Kipchoge would struggle at that pace!

You'd not feel too bad about stumbling home without it either. Perhaps you could pull it on a tow rope by hand.
