Which lens lens will be the best for sensual photoshot?
I am not sure what you mean but in general a longer focal length will allow the photographer to work from a greater distance and thus have less distortion in the final images. Something like an 85mm or 105mm lens would be appropriate. Nikon make several at each of those focal lengths.
As with other portraits, a good 85mm would probably be a good choice. For example Nikkor 85mm 1.8.
Is d3100 a cropped sensor? Then maybe even a 50mm lens. These are cheap and good for portraits.
Soft porn, possibly?
Haha, not quite. You can google it
I don't know what you mean either but, as Geoff said focal lengths between 85 and 135 mm (full frame equivalent) are the most often used for head and shoulder portraits because they give a flattering perspective while giving the photographer some distance to the subject and avoiding "lens in your face". Traditionally these lenses are available with a wide maximum aperture and give good separation and narrow depth of field. The 135 mm lenses of old also had adjustable soft focus which is useful for not emphasising skin defects as the sharpest lenses can be cruel. In digital image processing retouching skin texture, eliminating spots and the like, is much easier than it used to be.
The “” sensual “” theme shots were the reason I stopped buying photo mags and cancelled my AP subscription 30yrs ago. Not bought one since!!
Don’t even know if photo mags still do that stuff these days.
I know the sort of porn that turns you lot on...
They don't tend to. Occasionally you get some artistic nude stuff, but it's as likely to be a male, as a female and won't be of the titillating variety.
