    That is very nice. I'm in two minds as to whether I'd spot out the shed feathers on the ice or not. I'd be tempted to see if taking a sliver off the left to put the edge of the beak/breast head on the centre line made a difference. Lovely!

    Thank you, I waited for quite a few minutes for the darn thing to even pose….I hadn’t noticed the cast feathers but I think you’re right. I rarely make any adjustments other than cropping. Another Nikon P900 shot.

    Very nice. I don't see how you could have done this better with your P900. This is clearly a very high contrast shot and the technology has not matched your own abilities. There is no detail in part of the overexposed breast. This is a very ambitious shot due to the large dynamic range.
