    ..... from my Pentax MX w/ a 35/2.8 .... developed and scanned at a local lab in Vancouver ..

    1) from a photography show of a friend of mine -- taken aboard a Cargo ship trip from a European
    port to NYC --

    I certainly like the first one. I'm not to sure about the second though, I'd be tempted to try to darken your friend's face just a touch because at the moment it's flirting with being over-exposed (on my screen).

    Thanks Jeff :) and I had a fiddle with Preview on my MacAir, which is what I use on all my pics even though it's limited in what I can do :eek:, so, I
    tried Aperture, which I only use for captioning, copyright, description and straightening out pics, and had a fiddle with the pic but, I think, it was more than a
    touch ;) Whaddya think?
