For various reasons, I recently got myself a Pentax S51. Well, it's the last (I think) of the Optios with a viewfinder, it has a reasonable number of megapixels (5), it's tiny (fits in my jacket's top pocket) and I couldn't resist the charging station - Pentax Q to give an idea of scale..
    Oh, and it was cheap.

Has funny menus and controls and doesn't do RAW, as far as I can tell, but it's not a bad little piece of work. Some samples:

I've got the Optio 750z from 2004, with a viewfinder and 7 MP. Again no RAW, but there is the option to shoot in TIFF rather than JPEG.
It gives images very reminiscent of slide film straight out of the camera.

Ah, I'll have to keep my eye out for one of them!
