pushed two stops the recommended time for ID-11 (stock solution) is 14 and a half minutes.
For information on B&W film development times Larry check out www.digaltruth.com and go to the 'Massive Development Chart' where you'll get times for almost every film/developer combination.

Everyone has a photographic memory. Some just don't have film.

I'd suggest using Microphen or DD-X for these kind of speeds. These will give better shadow detail than ID-11 when used for push-processing.

Yes, it will be in my camera as soon as ive finished the roll i have in there.I'd like to push it to 1600 to get some grainy atmospheric shots but we only have ID11 at college.

    Hi Larry,

I've pushed it to 1600 developing in TMax - contrast was good and grain was OK too, ID11 is surely worth a try - it might be less grainy than you think. You can push it right up to 3200.
    ID11 undiluted @ 20deg C 14.5 minutes for 1600ASA
    ID11 undiluted @ 20deg C 19 minutes for 3200ASA!

I think it needs a bit longer in the fixer than HP5, I'd give it at least 5 minutes - it always works for me.

thanks for that Wilko, 3200 sounds good!
    I'll give it a shot!
And i always fix HP% for 5 minutes anyway(we fix any film for 5 minutes at college, my last roll, well only roll so far, was Jessops Pan 100S, not a bad film!)
