Yes, it is a bit long isn't it. But as they say... YOLO!
Well I agree, and mine lasted a long time.
Tomorrow's weather. Looks like all may not be lost.
Just spent about two hours tidying up the front garden. Well, dug some things up, pruned others (but not all) and now feel really good! Pleasant to be out.
I am reminded off a funeral a couple of years ago and I wasn't sure what to wear and called the brother and said "Is deep purple okay for a funeral?"
He replied "Bit loud" and said to his wife "Lesley just asked if deep purple was okay for a funeral! Why not Led Zeppelin?"
And I heard my long-suffering sister-in-law reply through gritted teeth "She means the colour, you pillock!"
I was 104KG after Christmas. This morning 100.3
I had 2 holes left on my belt when fastened comfortably. This morning no free holes, albeit the belt is a touch tighter than I would normally have it, so a bit more to go but getting there.
You can get bigger belts, you know.
That's ho I normally judge my weight, whether I move to another hole or not. If I do, time to act!
Been gardening again.
Nope. Just watching what i eat, both content and quantity.
Best way. Stop when full.
If I did that I'd be completely spherical!
Oh dear! I have problems starting, let alone finishing.
Going the right way. A year and a bit ago I got to 104.3 before it all had to stop. Last 6 months have been 83-84. Cost a fortune in new clothes though.
10 days on from my last Pregabalin and apart from typical day 3 effects, no withdrawal symptoms at all, so completely free of it now.
80Kg here, or 12st 8lbs in old money not bad for 6' at 85. (At 40 I was only 10St, 27" waist and 35 inside leg, tailors would always double check, they didn't believe the combination even had RAF uniforms made to measure)
I must have a well-trained my digestive system ... I prep what I think I want for a meal, then find I can't eat it all. Up until 2000, 29-30", 2009, 32"; I'll be 71 this year, waist size is 33-34" which is more down to a reduction in exercise, due to legs/feet issues.
I was 50kg when I married at just past my 22nd birthday.
Now 56kg at 73. I'd like to get back down to 50kg again, but doubt it as I'm not nearly as active, though I do eat a lot less.
As they say up here, we are a long time thin so stop worrying.
Well I have high bone mass, so that should account for some of it!
I was 72.5 kg when I played football 60 years ago.
