I say that with cake mix. It’s the baking which adds the calories. It must do as fuel has a calorific value :)

So how do you like your hot chocolate?

I like my chocolate at room temperature.
I had two squares of Co-op 85% free trade chocolate left over and I have just eaten them accompanied by a small elegant cut glass of Graham's 2015 LBV.
    Very nice.
I learnt a long time ago that such a luxury should be only enjoyed in strict moderation.
In excess it makes one ill.

Made by Costa, or anywhere where it's sold having been made by a "barista"

I like Costa Hot Chocolate however it should be renamed Warm Chocolate. I like mine hot and I often ask them to give it 10 seconds or so in the microwave.

Spot on he couldn't believe the first engineer wasn't able to sort it out especially as the error code the boiler was showing basically "Top me up"

The first chap wasn't an engineer. Neither was he a gas fitter or plumber both of which are honourable tradespeople.
I will spare your blushes and not say what he was.

My ISP has just updated my plan, at no extra cost. This is what the internet speed test looks like.

Another reason to be cheerful - my wife was kept awake last night by a helicopter circling our area...and in the paper this morning is the story of the arrest of an idiot who was shining a laser pointer at the helicopter. The air ambulance pilot was able to identify where the pointer was originating from, and directed the police to the area.
I slept through the whole thing...

He has won a trip to Romania, Congragulations!
Tell him he just has to stand in front of this laser for 5 seconds as punishment for being naughty:

No idea where to post this, so here is as good as anywhere.

A BBC website headline - "Disney elects woman as chairman for first time."

Erm... anyone able to translate it?

Tell Thales that, it was the linked page that had it wrong.

I read the page and thought 1015 watts (1.015kW) isn’t that powerful. Had to Google petawatt to understand how powerful the laser really is.
