can anyone help me with this. the example beloew shows what my video is playing back like any time someone moves it the frame its really weird its not happening when playing back on the camera however when i play it back on VLC on my laptop any time someone moves the edges go like this. I was filming in default settings

The jaggies rather suggest that there is some heavy compression involved. Initially I would check the video settings and select the highest quality and largest format possible - default settings for video may well be optimised for storage size not image quality - and try again. If the problem persists there could be a compatibility issue with your viewing system or, less likely, a hardware fault that needs deeper investigation.
