Enjoy your weekend!
Mucking around with a macro setup.
Quirky perhaps... a couple of deer ran on to the golf course and started nibbling the fairway. A golfer (out of frame) looked impatient waiting to make his tee shot. 35mm so not exactly filling the frame here!
My wheelchair is allergic to the steps down into our garden so Heather took some photos for me to play with. Here are a couple. Don’t ask my what flowers they are I know iris daisy and buttercup. I buy bulbs young plants and seeds and Heather nurtures them. I then get to mess with her photos.
Fella kneeling down with a rifle on the left there is a bit OTT for a couple of deer
Hey, if it puts food on the table... (now I'm wanting some venison for dinner!)
Does anyone know a) what I've done, or b) how I've done it?
You were so wasted that you can't remember?
Yes. I was young, and have no idea how many years that film was sitting around for. 3 or 4 I think; can't for the life of me think what I was trying to do or, indeed, accidentally did.
Wow! I'm impressed.
However, if it had been digital, I could probably hazard a guess (fun with semi-transparent(?) layers) , but film? No idea.
Yup, film. Camera doesn't have multiple exposure capability, and I don't recall photographing any wacky art installations. My guess initially was somehow getting the focusing screen in the image, but on the camera used that wouldn't match...
The closest I have is this deliberately oof shot through a window of the sun going down.
End of film stuck shutter?
Don't know what the central split sphere(?) is, but could the surroundings be shadows of it?
Or maybe it's flat card on a sheet of glass, with the shadows some distance behind the glass?
I'm starting to think it must have been a photo of an art installation, just can't think what.
I think this pic belongs in this thread...
A Small Memorial by SteveH, on Flickr
It's small, the bench is about 2-3 foot long and situated on the grass strip by the outbound platform on Chertsey Station. I spent ages Googling, but can find no info about it. Odd.
Circular engraved symbol on a glass door, with four light sources this side of it.
Ah, obvious now.
Still looks like the world's weirdest Venn Diagram though.
Separate names with a comma.
