I like some of those wooden churches you have in the States. I came across a pink one in Dolan Springs AZ. I am sure I took a photo so will have to look.
I grew up in a church very much like it. Like most of them, it's gone now.
Nice photographs. Very good.
The local russian orthodox chapel given a vaguely impressionist treatment.
Stave church, open-air museam, Oslo
St Mary's church, Nether Alderley.
Went for a lovely walk as it was snowing this afternoon. I have never approached the church through the fields before.

One of many churches in Helensburgh - but one of the few that still operates as a church. It was called The West Kirk when I was a kid. It took on the congregation of St Columba at one point and became St. Andrew's Kirk, I think. Then when the CofS sold off another building, the congregation of Park Church joined and it was renamed Helensburgh Parish Church. It's still the West Kirk to me and a lot of other old fogies. St Columba is now a cinema and Park Church is a buddhist meditation centre.
