Beautiful Demoiselle (That's it's name, not an opinion)

Anyone car to hazard an ID of these? The moth is probably a bit paler green (the backfdop should be primrose yellow!). The caterpillar (rescued from my leg, which it was climbing up at lunchtime, has an impressive mohican tuft on it's back. IMG_7060.jpg 20210722_130537.jpg 20210722_130541.jpg

I think you've nailed it. Alf, thank you! We waited for it to get dark so the swifts weren't tearing by, and put it out the window.

Could it be a Grey Dagger?

From The Boy's Bumper Book of Bugs, aka Collins Complete Guide to British Insects.

Looking it up, I think you have it, Steve, thank you! I shall pass on the news to the person who spotted it. I hope it's partial to oak leaves, as I put it back in the tree we were sat under!

I thought I had found a Collembola (springtail) but I have no idea what it is or will become

A tiny millipede that I thought was a springtail about 3mm long I would say

I got a bot closer to this barkfly but still a heavy crop for 2:1 shot

And a nymph, possibly Broad-bodied Chaser:

Did you wait for it to emerge?

It's still sitting there , had the same thing last year - left the water but died.
There are a couple of white things sticking out of its back, I'm wondering if they may be fungus or something equally nasty.
    I'll look in the morning.

Just checked, it's converted into a dragonfly.

Don't they come out of a small split in the back?
