Was out again today, but too much like shooting fish in a barrel, so many people in masks. Definitely more people today not of East Asian decent, a mix of caucasian, black, Asian and north African.
I am in Nottingham now. Loads of folk wearing masks. Most have been Asian. Just saw a white guy with something pulled up over his mouth. Looked more like a robber, lol.
Best thing I saw with this is the US Military Space Division. They were worried about shaking hands, and what to do instead. The solution put forward by one scientist was brilliant: 'Live Long, and Prosper' together with the Vulcan salute I love it. I think it should become the norm. Can you imagine the faces on stuck up idiots???
Been out over the last two weekends, here's a couple of fresh ones. Noticeable change in the ethnicity of people wearing masks in general (as you might expect). Bearing in nind that the Vulcan salute is actually a Jewish blessing gesture, that may cause the odd problem in certain circles...
I'm always asked to take a snap when I go into ICELAND STORE, Brentwood Essex (ENGLAND) by PAUL -- this time he 'Roped in' a Female Fellow Worker who was a Bit Shy -- I gave them a Print each ! Full Aperture f1.8 on 50mm Nikkor on a Borrowed NIKON F5 and outdated Fuji Press 800 rated 200 ASA and home-Processed in C41
I'm still getting out and about when I can, still shooting people in a pandemic. I'm sure it'll be different if I get in to town next weekend, but a few weekends ago, you could sense people were relaxing. Back to Normal by Tony Evans, on Flickr That was the end of August.
