First of all an apology, this unexpected win caught me away from base with only a kindle to type on so the literary style may lack something
Anyway the theme came into my head in the middle of another one "transportation" and I though that we needed the other side of the coin. Cargoes are things that get moved from place to place. If you need inspiration Google Masefield and Cargoes for some examples In a short poem.
In choosing my short list I will be looking for
    A. Beauty
    B. Humour
    C. Interest, so if you can add a few relevant words that would help.

A few days before the end of the month I will post the last date for submissions so watch out for that.
    Good luck everyone.
Incidentally I have a full diary this month so may not be able to reply during the month
P.S. RMs "shaggy dog on escalator" would be good one to beat - If he choses to enter it.

OK nice theme. There you go:

[IMG]It was a grab. I was going up the escalator and had put the camera away when I saw him coming. Only just got it out in time, but I had to have it.

In same spirit as Kate's, I couldn't really believe there was a socking great TV in there the way she was lugging it along, but there was:

Pedal-powered tourists bus with also built-in table for Al-Fresco dining - but probably also drinking on the move, going by their website!

Bloomin eck! I've seen water ones, which are marginally less of a hazard to other people - but a bus on the road? Tell us where so we can avoid it. ;)

Apparently, Catriona, there are 4 routes listed in London ... However if you think that's weird, what about this Treadmill-powered device?

Heavens above. I wouldn't like to fight with that one.
