I could've done with your vid a few years back; it would've been really helpful.

Sometimes, if I see an old vintage prime lens in a charity shop, and it's going cheap, just for fun I'll buy it and have a play, but on the body of a digital camera. My latest find is a 135mm f/3.5 Soligor; in excellent condition. I suspect it was rarely used. It cost me a tenner. I already have an M42 adapter.

If you ever see a real M42 Pentax Super Takumar f4.0 300 mm for ten quid and have a use for such a fully manual lens then go for it.
During the period after prematurely experimenting with four thirds I tried my own example and found the quality remarkably good.
