    Man Flu

Well, I'm dying from man-flu here - hence the shot below. It was either that, or one of my bedroom ceiling. [IMG]

I probably shan't survive to do February's FirstView, so hopefully someone will sort it out for me. :)

1st of January, 2010, 7:47pm; at home in Dorset.

Yes, it's a computer desk shot... but this is where I've spent most of the day, searching the Ubuntu forums for installation instructions for my Xmas prezzie, a Wacom Bamboo Pen graphics tablet.

Successful day too... works a treat.

Taken about 23:45 (nearly forgot ) on an Orange SPV-E650 mobile phone

Snow - Brecon Beacons National Park

Took a walk from the National Park Mountain Centre, before returning to have some of their great food. Good start to 2010.

    New Year's Dinner

    New Year's Dinner

On holiday for New Year in Tetford, Lincolnshire. My mum and her partner came over for New Year's Eve and this is the dinner I cooked on New Year's Day. Being a not terribly up to date converted stable the equipment is a bit sparse so I had to carve the meat with a bread knife and serve the veg in cereal bowls, but it all added to the fun! :D

PS The blokey in the pic is *NOT* my mum's partner, that one's mine thankyou very much

    Date & Time: 14:10:47
Location: Chestnut Cottage, Tetford Country Cottages, East Road, Tetford LN9 6QQ
    Camera: Canon Powershot S3 IS
    Notes: Av 2.8, 1/25s, ISO 400
