Difficult one for me. I seem to devote a lot of time mitigating lighting contrast because I see high contrast as a problem, particularly in garden photography. A search on my Flickr just came up with a moan on how hard it was to eliminate here.

I think this is the highest lighting contrast picture I have taken - the reflected sun was so bright as to be painful.

I have to refresh myself on the colour wheel - etc. but this is quite contrasty colour wise.

Love the Porsche one! Made me laugh. Reminders of how I used to drool walking past the Porsche showroom in Amersham, on my way to the auction rooms.

    My morning outing.
Oh, the excitement is too much.

The only edge I can think of at this time of the morning is water-side on Pontcysyllte Aqueduct. It must be unsettling to be going over it in a narrow boat, especially on a first time ever hire from the mini-marina at Trevor.

This is, as far as I can remember, taken with me standing as close to the edge of a quarry that I'm going to get. The army use it for climbing/abseil training. There are a lot of iron spikes driven into the ground on top to tie their ropes to. The drop is probably 60-80 feet.
