It froze last night! Well, sort of - it got down to -0.1°C, but I don't think my pipes will be in trouble just yet.

 

Well, it's a bright blue sky morning with frost.

 

Monday was Overcast and Rain turning into Showers on Tuesday.

 

Sun here also, wouldn't know about the frost, didn't surface until well after 10 AM.

 

Same again. Chillier this time though. Moon rise, and indeed the moon set this morning both rank amongst the finest I've ever seen. Utter perfection.

 

Very bright isn't it? Lit up my bedroom last night.

 

Same here. Bright enough to cast a shadow.

 

Pretty much full moon, and of course, it's a clear night. Trying to get some data, but more in hope and desperation.

 

Grey skies, when visible through the mist/fog. Cold. And my walk to the newsagents this morning was made more interesting by the occasional patch of black ice on the pavements...

 

Grey, 8 degC, breezy from SSW. Dull and not tempting me out. Will have to later though.

Light clouds this morning, sun slowly rising and shining through, cold though with temps around 0°c

 

Light cloud, gentle breeze, much the same as the past week. It’s been nice to get a period of settled, sunny weather.

I have just seen an overnight orange weather warning in Greek only . I understand it reads "Don't go out tonight or y'all will freeze your asses off", or words to that effect.

I hate high pressure! 1034 at the moment. Kills my head and sinuses! And makes my teeth ache. Well, it's either the pressure or I need my upper right quadrant teeth taken out! Hope lower pressure comes back soon. Then I can decide.

 

It's already a force 6 gusting 8, so by mid-afternoon it will probably be a full gale gusting 9.

 

8 degC and breezy, destined to be windier later. Thankfully the pressure is dropping, now 1022mb, Sinuses relieved.
