I'm not sure what you mean by "Cool cameras". There is little "cool" about a professional body with a fast telephoto zoom, at least in terms of "pose" value

I have several cool cameras, usually set to -25C when operating.

    It’s supposed to mean “awesome”.

Given that everything is cyclical we should soon be turning toward “tepid” as a mark of approbation.

But the rest of us deny that we are and have some modesty (aka objective understanding of roughly where we might be in the universe). You are the only one that jumps on anyone who consistently denies better or worse, to defend the indefensible. The note of aggression tends to show how difficult it is to maintain something that people can see with their own eyes is entirely false.

Geoff, do be a pal and read what is written before replying. I didn't say there was anything technically wrong. Why would there be? And I did not refer to cost in any way shape or form.

Everyone who has not expressed the same view. I have no idea if they secretly comfort themselves with it. I'm sure it is a very warm feeling to have.

It is not a debate. It is a tedious repeat of the same nonsensical proposition that you are as good a photographer as anyone who ever lived. Or are you claiming that too? Line forms on the left. ;)

So those who do not specifically state they disagree with you are defined as being in agreement with you?

    So...
    • who defines that a proposition is nonsensical?
    • on what basis are "sense" and "nonsense" defined?
    • how is such a claim adjudicated?
