i have b een 'Loaned' by a good Camera Club friend a Voigtlander 'ULTRON 35mm f1.4' lens Leica M fit so I have compared shots at full aperture with my 1988 German Summilux 35mm f1.4
    Summilux is the Top one

Looks like Ultron wins to me. Surprising.

Agree with the reservation that I am looking at these on only a 30 inch 2560x1600 monitor.

YES -- Ultron WINS !! The Summilux has 'coma' and bad spread of highlights at full aperture.

Does that mean we need the Avengers to save us???:p

Agree that the Ultron lens is the better - as with Learning, I am viewing this on a monster monitor, and the difference is instantly noticeable.
