Anyone who can say what these belong to? I visited the cemetery this morning and these were all over. Not next to any human prints on the whole. They were all around Hannah's plot and I then followed them all over from there. Many other small animal prints but these stood out because of the size. My foot in for reference. I am size 11.

Don't know why and must check, but my first thought is a deer?

I thought that, although these seem too big. What I could see, a deer print doesn't have a heel mark. Not saying there aren't any, but I have never seen any deer in this area.

I think you'll find the back print is a dew claw. I'm still looking.

Probably front paws together makes the single "print"

That would make sense as the place can be overrun with them.

it was that single mark that was confusing me. I assumed that was the back, but your theory makes more sense.

When rabbits hop along their hind legs overtake their fronts.

... and when they stop for a breather, they become contortionists ??

Well in the picture I posted, if it's stopped for a breather then it's dislocated it's hind legs to face the wrong way and in Nige's photos it's clearly a group that all stopped for a breather before levitating off.

My first guess was a camel wearing high heels but, hey, nobody's right all the time...

I think Nige knows what a camel toe looks like.
