Anyone can report it, doesn't have to be the GP.

Absolutely. I have been quite surprised how many on some tube trains haven’t been wearing them too (although It is definitely a far higher percentage that do)

    THat sounds terrible.

Certainly needs noting in case there is a particular issue with some pre-existing conditions/medication or something that is genetic.
    Hope she feels better now.

Place to report it is here:

Got both (Moderna booster), same arm. Heavy arm for first 20 minutes, otherwise fine.

Arm still sore, heavily fatigued. Had a sore neck on injection side but gone now. No fever/other symptoms.

Interesting news report from the New York Post.
A total of 68 doctors and nurses who work at a Spanish hospital have tested positive for COVID-19 since attending a massive Christmas party last week, officials said Monday.

The infected medics work in the intensive care unit at University Regional Hospital in Malaga. They were all present at the Dec. 1 celebration that had 173 attendees, according to the Andalusian regional government.

The source of the outbreak was still under investigation and authorities said a large meal for hospital staff could also be to blame.

The cases are all considered mild.

All the staffers who tested positive had either received their third booster vaccines or antigen tests before the party. end quote

They might be fine, but what about the ones they have had contact with? Hmm.

99.something% chance symptoms are mild or they don't even notice?

I think hospital staff will meet a very disproportionate amount of the clinically venerable, who will be at real risk...
It's not like they're just a bunch of school kids.

I'm not sure that's the word you wanted, but it's equally as appropriate as "vulnerable".

That's Outrageous. Spain is a Roman Catholic country. How can they justify a Christmas party so early. We are just into Advent.

Because they realised they would have to deal with all those who were ill at Christmas

According to CNN they were ICU staff.

They may just have been celebrating the festival of waste rather than a religious event.
