Hi, I'd like receive critics and tips to improve. My goal was get a nice light and register the moment. I also would like to know if the exposition is right. Exif data Camera Nikon D5200 Exposure 0.033 sec (1/30) Aperture f/4.8 Focal Length 32 mm ISO Speed 1600 Exposure Bias 0 EV Flash No Flash
Yes, it would improve for cropping. Also possibly just lighten the shadows a touch. This is one of those pictures that is really more for the family, but in this context it is a pleasant child shot.
It looks very over exposed to me. Must have been very dark to need those exif numbers, so I think a burst of flash would have been better for a family snap. Would be more flattering to crop the bottom third off, but that starts to avoid it being the snap record that it is.
I don't like artificial vigneting and the post prosess really brings out the noise in the iso1600 so not to my liking. The balack and white one on the other hand, I would crop a bit from the bottom abow her knee keeping just enough air under the babies legs, apart from that I like the last one.
My non-professional opinion is: Nice light on the kid, but her face is quite dark. By lowering the camera a bit (and maybe left a bit to not lose the babies face) would make it more of a 'portrait' for the wall...
