07:45 am - just logged in, ready to go

(must check camera before use - my daughter had used the G9 and left it on ISO1600, hence the noisy image!)

    PC Joe Mason

I went to Masham in north Yorkshire this morning. I walked around a corner and who should I bump into......

Yorkshire TV was filming an edition of Heartbeat there to be screened in a year or so, so it seems that PC Mason (Joe McFadden) won't be leaving for the Met just yet. :)

    Taken with Canon G9

    Let there be light.

Old striplights about to be thrown away (about 200) - new energy efficient ones fitted about 2PM today in our workshop.
Should pay for themselves in two years apparently!

Fitted by a bunch of incompetent clowns who left a mess everywhere.

    The house next door

The house next door is being painted. The wall across from my kitchen window had just been finished when the sun came out. About 3.30pm, Cromer, Norfolk.

Fenland view of Swans and Tractor near Ely in Cambridgeshire, on my way home from work. About 6.30 in the evening; it's great when the clocks go forward :)
