£170-180 to spend. But which camera?

This year I plan to travel a lot, and to capture this time I would like to buy a new digital camera. Ideally I have up to £180 to spend. I would like a camera that deals well with all weathers, and obviously the best picture quality possible for the money I have to spend. I also dislike cameras that only take perfect pictures when you hold the camera perfectly still. I would appreciate any advice and any websites you could send my way.

    Thank you in advance.
