I agree with Geoff. If you have a fairly new smartphone, it should be able to take decent photos. It all depends on what you need them for.
You could probably take the highlights down a bit on the heads and bring the shadows up a tiny bit. I can't see much detail in the back of his jacket.

If you print from Lughtroom, you can select the profile for a particular paper, if you have it installed. Probably the same for Photoshop too.
DO you have an Adobe CC subscription? There is a program for video editing with that.
