Think Tank Photo Airport Roller Derby – key features
The Airport Roller Derby case is close to the maximum size most airlines will allow to be used as hand luggage.
The case’s telescopic trolley handle can be extended to either 39in or 42in, while its four wheels can be removed when necessary.
A removable rain cover is provided, which fits around the entire case to further protect kit against bad weather.
A reinforced back plate, abrasion-resistant zips and durable water-repellent nylons are all part of what make this case hard-wearing.
Think Tank Photo Airport Roller Derby – verdict
This is a case that has it all, from space to attach a tripod to a dedicated sleeve for a tablet and notebooks that slips into the front of the laptop slot. A quick-access side pocket and reinforced back panel have also been included. The case features soft padding on the handles that makes it comfortable to use, and complies with most airline restrictions. It also has lock and cable security zippers for peace of mind whenever it has to be left in storage. Although it’s pricey, it definitely feels worth it.
