Canon issues EOS 5D Mark II 'black dot' firmware update
Canon has issued a firmware update for its EOS 5D Mark II digital SLR camera which is designed to 'improve and mitigate' the 'black dot' problem that emerged before Christmas.
Canon was forced to investigate reports of black dots appearing next to the highlights of long exposure images taken on the EOS 5D Mark II camera. The effect can be seen HERE
