Panasonic adds 3D shooting to Lumix DMC-G2

Panasonic has today added a 3D image recording facility to its Lumix DMC-G2 Micro Four Thirds camera, via a firmware upgrade.

Panasonic has today added a 3D image recording facility to its Lumix DMC-G2 Micro Four Thirds camera, via a firmware upgrade.

Shooting images in 3D requires use of Panasonic’s optional 3D lens (H-FT012).

Firmware update version 1.1 also adds ‘improved operability of AE lock by maintaining the settings when the touch shutter function is used’.
