Sony Ericsson offers 'photographer' prize

Sony Ericsson has joined forces with photo sharing website Flickr to launch a competition that gives entrants the chance to become an 'official Sony Ericsson photographer'.

'A budding snapper will get the chance to go behind the scenes at some of 2009's most exciting events – from film premieres to music awards…', say organisers.

Entrants are asked to capture five pictures. Those attracting the most 'Favs' from online viewers, will go through to the final round.

The finalists, whose names will be announced on 5 December, will receive a Sony Ericsson 8.1-million-pixel C905 camera phone.

Rules state that Sony Ericsson reserves the right to use winning entries in press releases in connection with the competition.
