Garden photos: call for entries

This year's Garden Photographer of the Year competition is calling for entries.

Open to amateur and professional photographers the categories are My garden, Garden Views, Plant Portraits, Life in the Garden and Trees.

New this year is a special award for Young Garden Photographer of the Year which is open to those aged under 16.

The winning shots are due to go on show at Kew Gardens from May to September next year and the closing date for entries is 31 January 2008.
