We caught up with Canon at their stand this morning, where they showed off the sort of thing they hope to create in the future: a DSLR with a 120MP sensor

They stress that this is not a camera in actual development, just an indication of where imaging technology could go – perhaps in the not too distant future. The detail the sensor resolves is phenomenal and it asks the question; how long will it be before we’re all shooting with a 120-million pixel sensor?
