A Warehouse Express worker has been jailed for two years after stealing thousands of pounds worth of camera gear over five years and selling it on eBay.

Paul Coulthread, 60, from Norwich, stole from the online photo dealer between 27 November 2007 and 27 September 2012.

A spokesman for Norwich Crown Court told Amateur Photographer that Coulthread sold 15 pieces of kit for £3,620, though the equipment was worth far more.

Warehouse Express, also known as Wex Photographic, was set up in 1997.

A Wex spokesperson had yet to respond to a request for comment at the time of writing.

Coulthread was sentenced at Norwich Crown Court on 3 April.

To pinch from your employer is the lowest of the low! I know many young lads and lasses in my village who would jump at the chance of a job. This cretin here had one but did not value it.
