This may be an amusing image but it is not likely to delight Hasselbladu2019s marketing team. A tourist equipped with a Hasselblad Lunar camera costing thousands of pounds is spotted taking a photo of Big Ben... using an Apple iPhone.

Amateur Photographer‘s deputy editor Richard Sibley came across the scene outside the Houses of Parliament yesterday, while out testing a camera for the magazine.

There could be an innocent explanation, of course. Perhaps the camera’s battery was flat, the memory card full, or maybe the tourist merely wanted to quickly share his photo on Facebook.

The Swedish camera maker launched the Lunar in the UK last year.

The interchangeable-lens model carries a 24.3-million-pixel imaging sensor and costs more than £5,000, with a lens.
