The photographer, who is equipped with a DSLR and a long lens, is busy talking to someone, with his back to the Queen’s Guard soldiers, as they march towards him.

A woman shouts: ‘There are guards coming down, Derek. Mind, mind!’

It is unclear if the warning was directed at the photographer.

But, seconds later, a soldier collides with the photographer, shoving him about as one of the Queen’s Guards is heard to shout ‘Make way. Move!’

Afterwards, a bystander cries out: ‘Stupid man’, prompting a reply of: ‘Thank you very much.’

The video has been viewed nearly 1.5 million times since it was uploaded to YouTube yesterday.

The footage was captured by Steven Macaulay, who captioned the video. He said: ‘You better be on your guard when the Queen’s Guards are coming through. These guys aren’t stopping for anything!’
