Olympus has revamped its 75-300mm telephoto to unveil the M Zuiko Digital ED 75-300mm f/4.8-6.7 II, billed as smaller and lighter than its predecessor.

Olympus says the micro four thirds-compatible lens has been redesigned to match its OM-D E-M5 and Pen series cameras.

Due out next month, priced £499.99, the 425g newcomer includes Extra-low Dispersion elements, plus a Zuiko Extra-low Reflection optical coating to help cut flare and ghosting.
