A Nikon D90 DSLR camera is up for grabs in a competition to find the best photo captured at a Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust (WWT) Centre.

A spokeswoman for the competition – which closes on 7 September – said: ‘This year’s young are fast growing up and the nature reserves are full of wildflowers and insects.

‘And it?s not only the wildlife that makes a good photo – try to capture a moment with one of WWT’s staff or visitors and you could get the picture that stands out from the crowd.’

All photos must have been taken at one of the nine WWT centres in the UK.

Entries will be judged by a panel chaired by photographer Chris Packham.
