Serenaded, and on my birthday too
Your birthday? But no cake! ?
Here you go!
If you put your birthday on the bio details you'll get a cake
That wouldn't be David Devant by any chance?
So far my cake count had been nil. Looks like I'll have to bake my own....
It may have been 25+ years ago but I was impressed with the Moscow tube stations. Back then, they were sparkling clean and safe. Chandeliers as overhead lighting in at least one I seem to remember!
Oooh! Sorry Jack, wasn't slagging off Vancouver's , but it isn't so much of an underground as an overground really! WAs pleasant quick and efficient though!
Along with his Spirit Wife, indeed
Thought as much!! One track I haven't got but seemed to ring a vague bell of recollection. I'm suspect it would have been lost on 99.99% of the other board members though.
I think you need a few more .9's on there
Go here , click MP3 on the left. Try Cookie I reckon, for a 'newcomer' (do, because the rest are er, not as good as the 'original' stuff )
BTW, if you click on the Intro, you can hear me talking to my mates (on someone else's recording), waaaaaaay back in 1998
Oh cookie dont cry for me
You wont like what you see
When you cry for me
I think I'll give it a miss Erm
Erm, some people don't know what they're missing eh?
Tsk, they do have such dreadful taste in music
My favourite would have to be Baker Street. All those miniature Sherlock Holmses!
Mornington Crescent- just because there are so many interesting ways to get there .....
Don't the 'No smoking' signs slapped over the mini Sherlock+Pipe silhouettes really make you smile though??
I like the walk through bank to the waterloo & city line:
