    Anyone else seen this?

I like the presentation of the shots. all 16x20" (A2) and backlight.

Notice very few non-dSLR shots this year.

There was one by a 10 year old from UK Hannah Bedford on a Canon A1100S called 'Caught in the Act'.

There was a shot from a Fujifilm X100.

Kodak slide had a last hurray with a shot on Ektachrome 100VS MF called 'The Crack'

There was also another film shot on Kodak Potra 160 called the 'Trophy Room'.

So film still has a place in the photography world at the top end. :)

The entry fee is £10 if you gift a £1.

Makes think about try my hand again at nature and wildlife again.

Not yet but I will. It's one of the most enjoyable exhibitions of the year for me (I've got copies of 'the book' published since inception when it was British Gas).

The one thing about the entries that drives me NUTS is the titling and you have accidentally 'pressed my buttons' on that one. Not a single one of the titles you mention gives any clue as to the subject and in my book it should. Twee titles and their perpetrators should be cast into the outer darkness. ;);)
