Which Crop works (2 images)

    Not sure which crop works best (if either) - feedback appreciated

    Top one works best - eye is on a vertical third.

    I prefer the second but then again I couldn't tell you why, I just like it more :confused:

    Both work for me to be honest.

    #1 for me as it concentrates the eye on te beauty of her face and eyes. #2 weakens that a little for me, however I would be pleased with either!

    1 is better because it loses that shadow parch on her shoulder, but the crop does make that shoulder look a bit lumpy

    How about this


    Either way I think you'd be better with one where her hair isn't such a mess camera left and she had her face either directly at the camera, or clearly turned away. Here it's almost, but not quite straight on.

    it 1 for me looses the shadow on the shoulder not in the centre of the frame it just looks so much better

    I prefer the second one as it avoids the arbitary cut of the shoulder.
