    Hi Katie,

    Anywhere on the West Coast is fine and Graeme's suggestions may be reversed as you will be starting from a Northerly point.

    The one thing that I can't see mentioned on this thread, and that you are most probably aware of, is the 'Dreaded West Coast Midgie'. I can heartily recommend Avon's Skin-so-Soft as a deterrent - it even worked for me, in Mallorca over the last two weeks, against the 'Spanish Mossie'. :cool:

    Me an' our lass were only talking about stocking up on midgie spray as we are off to Fort Bill next month for a week.. either that or start chewing garlic. :D
