If you want an animal with unusual tastes in food get a lurcher.

Following the points failure between Milton Keynes and London, the cancelled and delayed trains, we are on a different train but is taking us 2 1/2 hours rather than 1hr 40. My RTBC are the fact that unlike many others, I have a seat. I am also watching a film called Death at a funeral which is also quite funny.

We used to have a cat, and it loved hot spicy food.
We had some spare ribs once which were way over the top with chillies, but the cat absolutely loved them.

We have a chicken, superb eggs. She does not like tomatoes or 'greens'.
Spicy tomato chicken with rice she attacks with ferocity (b####y cannibal)
Beef, pork fish all pasta dishes (Garfield would not stand a chance).
Best food recycling unit we have.

RTBC? Not. Dunno exactly how I did it but my right knee is swollen like a football, can put very little weight on it. Kept me awake last night.
Actually I think it was shifting a large bag of compost to plant a vibernum in a big pot, probably got my weight awkwardly placed.
Got to drive into Bridport sometime to pick up stuff, not fancying it at all.

Gardening is dangerous. I shifted two pots of buxus balls and am now strapped up again. Bloomin thumb joint!
    Ah knees.
Going upstairs backwards... Get well soon.

    Thanks Kate

Looks like I can put weight on it straight down, but bending is stiff and painful. Will get a couple of ice packs, hopefully Morrisons will have them.
Had to put the loo seat down and sit on it to get dressed this morning. Not good.
Need a couple of knee supports as well.

    Own brand or Birdseye.

My wife says no they don’t sell them. The only ones are the ones in her first aiders pack, but she gets the fish counter to seal ice in a bag if she needs one.

I have a separate bag of peas in the freezer for an ice pack. Does the trick.

Yep, found that. Forgot about the peas, dur... Though I had other things to think about, such as putting one foot in front of the other without falling over, while holding onto the trolley.
Have dug out one of my freezer blocks, and put that on my knee with a towel round it.

Well RTBC for me today was to hear the words “don’t worry, I’m not going to nick you” from a police officer. :)

Some of the ladies at work come for ice when they are experiencing a "tropical moment" too.

....and I've also filled coolboxes for the transportation of beer;)
