Would you have tortured that D850 if it was your own camera?

Twenty or thirty outings like that and the body would probably need a new shutter... nobody mentions this when a reviewer proudly tells us how many thousand of images were taken one one trip.

I wouldn't say I tortured the Nikon D850, I simply pushed it to its limits in poor weather conditions and at high ISO. The camera is built to withstand heavy use (200k shutter cycle) and the purpose of the Field Test is to give users a good impression of this. I didn't use the camera any differently to the way I would treat one of my own cameras - I'm not one for giving a camera an easy life and will use it as hard as it needs to be in order to get the shots required.
